Return Policy
If you changed your mind and would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, and undamaged product within 30 days of original purchase from our website. Original tags must be attached, and returned products showing signs of usage or missing original tags are subject to cleaning and processing fees of 25% of the item's purchase price. Please contact customer service at info@swoofstore.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Merchandise refunds will be made in the form of original payment only. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
